Delivery

We deliver to all 58 wilayas, to your door or to the stop desk of the delivery company. Delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after we confirm your order.

The delivery fee depends on your wilaya and on whether you choose home delivery or the stop desk. You see the exact fee at checkout before you place the order.

Payment

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is charged online.

How an order works

After you place an order we contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm it and the delivery details. Please keep your phone nearby and check that the number you entered is correct.

Returns and exchanges

You can return an item within 7 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its original tags. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.

If your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can and we will put it right.
